Your residence is thoroughly inspected after every guest stay by one of our experienced maintenance inspectors. We collect a damage deposit for all reservations (if booked through Airbnb $1,500). We only hire the best housekeeping services in the area to ensure your short term rental is booking ready! We offer a lower management fee if the property owner handles the cleaning services.
ACCOUNTING
Our dedicated accounting department provides professional bookkeeping and accounting for each short term rental we manage. Management fees, booking fees, online bill pay, owner draws, and taxes are all included in our management services, and owners are kept up to date on all transactions through our convenient online Owner Portal.
These streamlined processes allow our property managers to focus on guest experience without being tied down by the hassles of management.
