What is included in the financial summary and how often are they provided to the board for review?
Our board packets include, the financial reports, actual vs projected budget, transaction report for the month and a copy of all invoices paid.
Does your company assist in the facilitating of annual audits and tax preparation?
We will provide the Board with recommended accounting firms and will provide the accountant with all data needed.
What dues payment options do you provide to owners?
A co-owner can make payment for their dues through their AppFolio portal via credit/debit card or they can mail a check (made payable to the association) to our office.
