You will make all payments (dues, special assessments, etc) on your AppFolio portal.

You can find your balance due and payment history on your AppFolio portal
Where do I get a copy of the governing documents for the association?

All governing documents are available from your AppFolio portal
What legal responsibilities are there if I have a tenant in an hoa?

It depends on what your condominium bylaws, however typically you are responsible for any damage your tenants may cause to common elements of the development. Some associations may have stricter requirements for tenants then co-owners (ie. tenants are not allowed pets). You must look to your condo bylaws for the specific answer for your development.
What tenant information do I need to provide to you?

Basic information would include; the name of all tenants, contact information, vehicle information and a copy of the lease.
What are the covenants, conditions, and restrictions for the association?

This is association specific and we suggest reviewing them with your attorney for a full understanding.
Where can I submit questions, comments and work orders?

You can submit work orders through your AppFolio portal. We always suggest discussing any issues you may have with your Board of Directors first. Many times they will have the answer you are seeking.
